All shipments are sent using registered Cook Islands Express Postage. If your order has not arrived within 15 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Carrier investigations usually take 5 to 10 days.

  • Unopened box: Refund of product price. Hydrosols are excluded due to fragility. Freight is non-refundable.

  • Change of mind: Refund of product price. Freight is non-refundable.

  • Non-compliant or faulty product: Refund of product and applicable freight.

  • Leak or damage in transit: Email a photo of the affected product and the weight. We will replace or refund the lost product.
