Honouring your process
Through my skills, my role in life has always been to facilitate and honour each person's unique process on their journey towards creating balance, whether physical, emotional or spiritual.
This is also true in my aromatherapy practice, where through an integrative approach, taking into account physical and emotional needs as well as lifestyle preferences, together we find the best ways essential oils can promote your capacity for physical and emotional well-being.
By soliciting different routes of absorption with essential oils, the first thing you will notice is the fragrance and how it makes you feel. Through your nose, your sense of smell provides direct access to the oil-brain-body connection of the limbic system. Simply perceiving a scent as pleasant already makes us feel good emotionally and better physically!
